Super cute toy with music and sound.Jan 12, 2011

I bought a set of six of the Animal Crossing dolls for my daughter who just turned 8. She is a huge fan of the Animal Crossing video game. The toys are adorable and they each make about 8 different sounds when their bellies are pressed. The sounds range from musical tones, to sound effects from the game to the "animalese" the characters speak in the game. At first ours didn't work but after removing the batteries (you will need a mini screwdriver) and adjusting the contact points they worked fine. One of them did need a tiny piece of card board inserted to help press the batteries down. Hope this information is helpful.
