Hawaiian Tropic Baby Faces SunblockJul 27, 2007

Convenient, no-leak bottle. Consumer Reports recommended. One of our girls gets a rash from nearly every other sunblock, but not this one. Amazon has good pricing, and they send it to my doorstep. What more could you want?

Great Product!May 19, 2007
By S. Howard Goes on easily and isn't pastey white like some others. Like the spray bottle and hawaiian smell. The whole family uses it!!!! Protects well and doesn't sting the eyes.

Misleading product labelJun 20, 2007
By Blonnie Brooks This product is called "Baby Faces & Tender Places" but you must be aware that this product WILL STING a child's eyes. I have been putting this on my daughter and the last few times, she would rub her eyes w/the back of her hands and end up getting it in her eyes.
I've looked online and found several reviews that said this "does not sting eyes" and with a label like "baby faces" you would think that would be the case.
Since I wasn't sure what was going on, I decided to put it in my own eye so I would stop subjecting my daughter to this torture if it is indeed stinging her eyes. It stings like crazy! I am only giving this more than 1 star because it DOES WORK as a sunblock but do not be fooled by the name and think that it's a good lotion for a "baby face". It's not.
Best Kids Sunblock Ever (too bad it is being discontinueJul 24, 2010
By Paula Rae Love, Love, Love this product. Doesn't sting, not sticky, spreads easily and it works as long as you reapply as directed.

I use this for myself as my "everyday" sunblock on my arms and face. Its not greasy and sinks into my skin without making me feel like I'm wearing a ton of sunblock. I find the pump bottle very convenient for application and like the light powdery fragrance. I recently started using a prescription strength Retinol cream on my face and wanted to make sure this sunscreen was sufficient. My dermatologist said it was great and make sure I use it everyday (which I sure do) I think I've tried just about every sunscreen out there including all the "dry touch" ones and none of them sink in as nicely as this one. The only drawback is that I can't seem to find it in any local stores but ordering from Amazon is very convenient anyway.
